Tips to treat ulcers

Have you ever felt burning and pain on the inside of the cheek or under the lip?
When you check in using the mirror, you will see a white patch.  Mother would advise that you put a pinch of salt in it so it is part of recovery. white spots is a sore that is found in the soft part of our mouth. The patch is called mouth ulcers.


 Besides the cheeks, the tongue is also prone to ulcers. The kind of pain you will lose your appetite to consume food or hot drinks. Even harder to talk. Mouth ulcers are actually the response to bacterial, viral or fungal. Ulcers can be experienced by anyone without regard for age. other bacterial or fungal infections, ulcers can also be caused due to actual physical damage such as biting the lips or tongue, exposed wires of the braces and the like. therefore here we would like to share with you few useful tips to treat ulcers.

Water and salt

Water and salt :  water with salt appears also one of the ways to overcome the ulcer. Gargle salt water for two or three times a day to relieve pain and discomfort caused by ulcers. Salt water is also believed to reduce the infection in your mouth.

      Coconut water : - Sometimes ulcers caused by excessive heat in the body. So, coconut water is believed to be able to give a cool effect. Coconut water to stabilize the body heat and reduce ulcer.


Vitamin B:-  An iron deficiency or B12 would be easier to have an ulcer. If you have iron deficiency and B12 then ulcers maybe will grow more severe. Supplements of vitamin B12, B9 supplements, and foods high in iron can help prevent and heal ulcers.

 Vitamin C :  To speed up the healing process, as well as taking vitamin B12 supplements or increase their intake of foods that contain high iron, vitamin C also has a role similar in overcoming ulcer. Extending the use of vitamin C can also help the process of healing of ulcers.

Water and baking powder
Water and baking soda:- Water and baking soda mixed placed on the ulcer. Slowly, as you will experience more painful stinging but how you feel, the more effective the drug is working. Mixture of water and baking soda is a fast way to heal ulcers on the lips.

Glycerin:-  You can get glycerin at a pharmacy or supermarket near your home. Glycerin can reduce the production of saliva, which makes getting infected ulcers. Thus, the glycerin can help your ulcer healing.
